Key Studio Pro

Privacy policy

Key Studio Pro processes footage entirely on your Mac. The app has no account, no licence check, and no server of ours to talk to.

Your footage

Every frame you key is read, processed, and written on your own machine. The app does not upload footage, mattes, thumbnails, or metadata anywhere. There is no Key Studio Pro account and no cloud processing tier. Your library, queue history, and settings live in the app’s local application data, and deleting that data removes them.

The model fetch

The first time you key something, the app fetches the CorridorKey model weights, about 455 MB, from the original author’s public GitHub release, and verifies them against the published checksum. That request goes to GitHub under GitHub’s terms, happens once, and is the only network request the app makes. After it, keying runs entirely on your Mac.

Downloads and updates

The app itself is served from GitHub Releases. When you click a download button on this site, GitHub serves the file and sees the request the way it sees any download.

This website

The site is a static export with no application backend and no forms. If a public PostHog analytics key is ever configured, the browser would send anonymous pageview and download-click events; as shipped, no key is configured and no analytics request is made. The site sets no cookies.

Questions and contact

There is no stored personal data to request or delete: the app does not collect any. For anything else, email [email protected].

The FAQs cover the licence, the outputs, and where the model comes from.
